Found this while dieting of all things. Not only is very tasty but healthy, and believe it or not you can eat a tone without guilt. Ingredients:
3 15 oz cans black beans drained and rinsed |
1 11 oz can mexican style corn drained |
2 10 oz cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers,partially drained |
2 tomatoes , diced |
2 bunches green onions , chopped |
2 tbsp cilantro chopped |
1 lime juiced |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredents in a bowl and mix . Better after it sits for a while |
