This is a salsa recipe that I'm sure is going to be a crowd-pleaser - it fantastic to make for those dinner parties or game-nights!! Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained |
1 (7 1/2 ounce) jar roasted pepper, drained and rinsed |
2 plum tomatoes, chopped |
1 medium red onion, finely chopped |
4 green onions, finely choppped |
2/3 cup fresh cilantro or 2/3 cup parsley, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/3 cup orange juice |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon grated orange peel |
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine first 13 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 2. Serve with tortilla chips. |
