VERY easy and quick.. never last long, I always make double. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 cup thick & chunky salsa |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
