Fast dinner. Ingredients:
1 cup celery, chopped |
2 cloves of garlic, chopped |
1 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes, (optional) |
12 ounces black beans, (not drained) |
12 ounces diced tomatoes, (drained) |
8 ounces of penne, cooked according to directions |
Directions:
1. saute celery for 2 minutes and than add garlic. 2. Saute for three more minutes and then add bean and tomatoes. 3. Once the pasta in cooked aldente, drain well and add to the skillet. 4. Continue to cook for three more minutes until all indgredients are combined. Serve with parmesan cheese. |
