1 (1 lb) can garbanzo beans |
1 (1 lb) can black beans |
3 cups olive oil |
1 pinch ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chili powder |
1 pinch ground coriander |
1 pinch ground cinnamon |
3/4 teaspoon tahini |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ingredients to a food processor and process in batches. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Place into individual 16-ounce serving size containers. 4. Serve with 1 bag prepared pita chips (16 chips per serving). |
