Super fast and delicious as well as healthy. Love this. I cheated and used a can of refried black beans instead. Serving size is estimated. Ingredients:
16 ounces black beans |
1 garlic clove |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
water, if necessary |
salt |
Directions:
1. Puree a can of black beans with garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and cumin. 2. Add water if needed. 3. Season with salt. |
