A twist on conventional hummus. This is yummy on pitas. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, reserve liquid |
1 garlic clove |
1 teaspoon tahini |
3/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mince garlic in food processor. Add beans, 1 tbl of reserved liquid, and the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth. |
