Hummus made with Black beans instead of the traditional chick peas. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon tahini |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 lime, juice of |
2 garlic cloves (crushed) |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Blend together in a food processor or blender. |
