1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1 cup chickpeas, drained |
2 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste) |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve with pita bread and /or crackers. |
