Unbelievably good, a must try for those who love black beans and avocados. I used the basic recipe but post the entire recipe. I simply left out the pineapple but it would add some sweetness and color to the recipe! Read more ! Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados |
1/4 cup green salsa |
1 tbs sour cream |
1 tbs lime juice |
minced garlic to taste |
1/4 each cumin and salt |
1/2 cup rinsed black beans, i used one cup |
2 tbs minced red onion |
1/2 cup fresh chopped pineapple or crushed pineapple drained ( i made this optional ) |
2 tbs chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. Mash avocados with lime juice 2. Mix in remaining ingredients 3. Serve with Totilla chips |
