A yummy alternative to salsa 1 serving is about an ounce for easy measuring. Ingredients:
28 oz black beans (a large can) |
1/2 c tomato, chopped |
1/4 c onion, chopped |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
1/4 c cilantro, chopped |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/4 c. lime juice |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and whir until smooth. 2. Jalapenos or chili powder can be added for heat. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
