1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 teaspoons dried ancho chile powder |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne |
1/2 small onion, cut up |
1/4 red bell pepper, cup up |
1 tablespoon sour cream |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Place everything in food processor (or blender) and process until smooth. |
