A tasty lowfat dip! Spice it up all you want. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can fat free black beans, with juice |
2 cloves garlic |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons salsa |
cayenne, hot sauce (i like it spicy) (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients together. 2. Serve with lowfat tortilla chips, crackers or wedges of pita bread. |
