One of my adopted recipes. Have not made yet:)Edited after review:) Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon dried cilantro |
Directions:
1. Coarsely mash half the beans by hand. 2. Add the remaining whole beans and all of the other ingredients, blending well. 3. Cover and chill. 4. Serve with tortilla chips or anything of your choice. |
