Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Ingredients:
1 can(s) black beans rinsed
1 can(s) shoepeg corn drained
1 cup(s) celery chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 red pepper chopped
1 firm tomato seeded and chopped
1 bunch(es) green onions chopped
3 tablespoon(s) fresh cilantro chopped
1 jalapeno peppers chopped
1 lime juiced
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse black beans
2. Drain shoepeg corn
3. Seed and chop the tomato
4. Seed and chop the jalepeno
5. Chop the remainder of the ingredients and combine with the black beans and corn
6. Roll lime to allow juicing to be easier
7. Cut in half and squeeze juice from both halves over salsa
8. Salt and pepper to taste
9. Stir carefully
