Great snack or Party dip and it's Low Fat & High Protein Delicious! Ingredients:
10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies (i use rotel brand ) |
16 ounces chickpeas, drained |
15 1/4 ounces whole kernel corn, drained |
15 1/4 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained |
16 ounces pepper rings, drained and chopped |
1 large green pepper, diced |
1 medium onion, diced |
10 ounces mild taco sauce |
16 ounces of mild chunky salsa |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combined all ingredients and serve with Tortilla chips. |
