Ingredients:
1/4 cup canned corn
1/4 cup black beans
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup red onion
Directions:
1. Drain can of corn, add to bowl. Drain & rinse beans, add to bowl. Add can diced tomatoes to bowl. Finely dice 1/2 of medium sized red onion and add to bowl. Combine all ingredients, season to taste.
