Black Bean Chili Cheese Dip |

This dish is super easy and a great way to greet unexpected guests. My family loves this dip......it never lasts for long when I make it. Ingredients:
1 can chili without beans (hormel is my favorite) |
1 can black beans, drained |
8 oz colby-jack cheese, grated or crumbled |
2-4 oz sour cream |
ground cayenne pepper to taste |
sprinkle of chives |
Directions:
1. Mix chili, beans, cheese and pepper in a 9x9 deep casserole dish. 2. Place in microwave oven and heat on high until cheese is thoroughly melted and mix is creamy smooth (usually 3-31/2 minutes), stirring often. 3. Top with sour cream and chives. Serve hot with tortilla chips. |
