5 cups black beans, cooked |
2 cups frozen corn |
1 large onion, chopped |
2 tbps raw garlic (i often use much more) |
2 cups celery, chopped |
3/4 cup tomato paste |
chili powder to taste |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven or pot. 2. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, adding water if necessary. |
