Ingredients:
5 cups black beans, cooked
2 cups frozen corn
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbps raw garlic (i often use much more)
2 cups celery, chopped
3/4 cup tomato paste
chili powder to taste
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large dutch oven or pot.
2. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, adding water if necessary.
