                                                1 lb ground turkey  |  
                                                8 tbsp fat free sour cream  |  
                                                8 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese  |  
                                                1 jalapeno pepper  |  
                                                1 tbsp olive oil  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions:
