Lots of fiber and protein! Ingredients:
3 3/4 cups black beans |
3 cups rotel |
1 lb ground turkey |
8 tbsp fat free sour cream |
8 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese |
1 jalapeno pepper |
1 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Dice chicken and saute in olive oil. 2. Add beans, rotel, tomato sauce. 3. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. 4. top with sour cream and cheese. |
