black beans, onions, green peppers, torillias
Ingredients:
1 whole-wheat tortilla
3 tbsp black beans
1 tbsp onion, diced
1 tbsp green pepper, diced
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp salsa
2 tbsp monterey jack cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. sautee onions, green peppers in olive oil
2. add black beans and salsa
3. top with cheese
4. place on tortilla and roll up
