Lower fat burger that tastes amazing! Ingredients:
1 cup black beans |
1/4 cup onion |
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/4 cup egg substitute |
1/4 cup bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Mash black beans, then mix chopped onion, and remaining ingredients together, and what ever seasoning you like, form into 8 patties. Grill until done. |
