Ingredients:
1 cup black beans
1/4 cup onion
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Mash black beans, then mix chopped onion, and remaining ingredients together, and what ever seasoning you like, form into 8 patties. Grill until done.
