Ingredients:
2 cups diced peeled avocado (about 2 small) |
1/3 cup chopped red onion |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 2 hours. |
