4 roma tomatoes, chopped |
1 small purple onion, chopped fine |
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped |
1 lemon, juice of |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
1 avocado, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
black pepper, to taste |
sea salt, to taste |
1 pinch cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. 2. Serve chilled. |
