Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup mango salsa
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, minced
Directions:
1. Place beans and olive oil in food processor and pulse several times until beans are chunky. Add mango salsa and pulse until just blended.
2. Remove dip to a serving bowl and stir in fresh cilantro before serving.
