A quick and easy recipe to prepare. Can be used as a side dish or salsa. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained |
1 (10 ounce) can corn, drained |
1 tomato, chopped |
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/8 cup red onion, chopped |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
