Black Bean and Corn Salad |

A really easy, really good recipe. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained |
4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes |
1 (10 ounce) can corn, drained |
1/4 cup green onion, sliced |
3 1/2 cups celery, sliced thin |
1 small red pepper, diced |
3/4 cup picante sauce |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine well and chill before serving. |
