2 cups corn, frozen |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
1/2 red onion, diced |
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin |
2 teaspoons hot sauce |
1 lime, juiced and zested |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and pepper |
