My version of what some call Texas Caviar Ingredients:
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained |
1 1/2 cups frozen white shoepeg corn, thawed |
2 -3 tablespoons chopped cilantro |
3 green onions, diced |
1/2 green pepper, diced |
1 lime, juiced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients- add seasoning to taste. |
