Black Bean And Avocado Salad

Very yummy!! I am always trying to find new ways to serve beans and I came across this one while serfing the web :)
Ingredients:
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (11 ounces) mexicorn, drained
1-1/4 cups chopped peeled avocados
1 cup chopped seeded cucumber
1 cup chopped seeded tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped sliced green onions
1 little jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped ( optional, i do not use it)
1 teaspoon of lime juice
the dressing
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil ( some good stuff)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
2. In another small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and mix gently
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hour before serving
