Here is a very tasty dessert for everyone to try - another recipe from Eagle Brand - Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour |
1 chocolate crumb crust (6oz) |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
1/4 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. 2. In small mixing bowl, toss 1/2 cup chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into crust. 3. Bake 35 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. Cool. 4. CHOCOLATE GLAZE: In small saucepan over low heat, melt 1/2 cup chips with 1/4 cup whipping cream. Cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Use immediately. Spread over cheese cake, Serve chilled. Store covered in refrigerator. |
