This recipe was given to mom by her sister. Mom tweaked it a bit. The result was delicious. Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed (preferably bush's) |
2 ripe mangoes |
6 green onions |
3 garlic cloves |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cube the mangoes. 2. Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl. 3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. 4. Enjoy! |
