This icing can be used for many different things. Great for pound cakes. Super easy! Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
3 1/2 cups marshmallows |
1 tablespoon strong coffee |
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips |
1 cup heavy cream, whipped |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a double boiler and cook until marshmallows are melted. 2. Cool; fold in the whipped cream. 3. Refrigerate until serving time. |
