This icing can be used for many different things. Great for pound cakes. Super easy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk
3 1/2 cups marshmallows
1 tablespoon strong coffee
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a double boiler and cook until marshmallows are melted.
2. Cool; fold in the whipped cream.
3. Refrigerate until serving time.
