This recipe is from Treasury of Creative Cooking, and it's come out wonderful every time I make it. The sauce gives the chicken a very nice flavor.

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange zest
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in large plastic bag.
3. Add chicken pieces a few at a time.
4. Shake to coat completely.
5. Melt 4 T.
6. butter in large baking pan.
7. Roll chicken in butter to coat all sides.
8. Arrange skin side down in single layer.
9. Bake 30 minutes.
10. In the meantime, melt remaining 4 T.
11. butter in small pot over medium heat.
12. Stir in lemon juice, orange zest, liqueur, honey, and soy sauce.

14. Pour honey mixture evenly over chicken.
