From a local cooking show. This is quick and easy. Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
1 1/3 cups sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
10 tablespoons hot melted butter |
2 cold eggs |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup chopped pecans or 1 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Line an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with foil. 3. Combine cocoa, sugar, vanilla, salt, and melted buttter. 4. Mix with mixer until well combined. Add eggs one at a time. 5. Add flour and mix until just blended. Fold in nuts. 6. Spread evenly in lined baking dish. 7. Bake at 325 degrees for about 28 to 30 minutes. 8. Toothpick inserted in the center will be a little fudgy. 9. Cool brownies completely. 10. Lift from baking dish and remove the foil. Cut into squares and serve. |
