It is widely grown in South and Southeast Asia, China, Africa, and the Caribbean. Ingredients:
1 small bittermelon , halved , seeds - piths removed and sliced |
1 bowl of salt water |
1 tsp seasoning pwd |
1 egg white , slightly beaten |
Directions:
1. Soak the bittermelon in water with 1 tsp of salt for 10 mins . 2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil . 3. Squeeze the melon and add into the pan . 4. Stir fry on high heat until the vegetables looks bright in colour . 5. Stir in the egg white and reamove from fire . |
