the perfect baby cheesecake! Ingredients:
36 vanilla wafer cookies |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place liners in small muffin cup pan and place 1 vanilla waferin the bottom of each. 3. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until fluffy. 4. Fill muffin cups halfway with mixture. 5. Bake 20 minutes. 6. Cool and top with cherry filling. |
