Healthier than most cookies, my kids love them, and a less than 80 calories a cookie if I'm in the mood for sweets, these little cookies do the trick. Ingredients:
1/2 c margarine |
1 c brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour |
1/2 c oatmeal |
2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
3/4 c white flour |
1 apple |
1/4 c raisins |
Directions:
1. Cream margarine, sugar, and eggs. 2. Mix dry ingredients and combine with creamed mixture. 3. Add apples and raisins. 4. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet. 5. Bane at 350F for 10-15 minutes |
