I have been making this cocktail for years but be careful this will hit you when you least expect it. I am using oz. measurements but it is actually equal parts depending on whether you are serving over ice or as a shooter. This tastes just like the old Bit-O-Honey candy bar Ingredients:
1 ounce irish cream (bailey's) |
1 ounce schnapps (buttershot) |
Directions:
1. Mix equal parts of Baily's and Schnapps.
2. Either pour over ice or drink as a shooter.
