Ingredients:
1/2 kg beef sirloin, thinly sliced |
3 kalamansi, squeezed and strained |
1/5 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup oil |
3 large red onions, sliced into rings |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Marinade beef in soy sauce and kalamansi for 15 minutes 2. In a large wok, heat oil 3. saute onions add 2 tbsp soy sauce 4. remove onions from wok immediately and set aside 5. fry beef until brown 6. add in th marinade 7. plate and top with sauted onions 8. serve with white rice |
