Bisquick Topped Salmon Loaf |

Unusual ingredients....very nourishing. Ingredients:
426 g salmon (2 small cans) |
1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 cup sweet pepper, chopped |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
6 soda crackers, crushed |
2 tablespoons seafood cocktail sauce |
1 tablespoon skim milk |
salt and pepper |
1/3 cup olive, sliced |
1/2 cup bisquick |
1/4 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 grated carrot |
Directions:
1. mix together and put in greased 2 litre pan. 2. put grated carrot over top. 3. pour bisquick on top of all. 4. - 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
