I found this recipe in the Bisquick Cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 tablespoons butter, softened |
2 cups bisquick baking mix |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease bottom only of pan, 3. Heat 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and the butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. 4. Mix baking mix, sugar, vanilla, eggs and chocolate mixture, spread in pan. Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows, nuts and remaining chocolate chips. 5. Bake 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. 6. Cool completely, cut into 2 inch squares. |
