This makes a moist, almost fluffy cornbread. This style of cornbread is quite popular in Hawaii. With all this butter, it has to taste good. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
3 tablespoons cornmeal |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
3/4 cup melted butter |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup milk |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Pour into an 8 by 8 pan& bake at 350 for 35 minutes. |
