I just found this one today and like that it's super quick and uses vegetable oil (I like staying away from solid fats). I used it to make pancakes. I needed more milk than usual but they were by far the best from scratch pancakes I've ever made. Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients. 2. Add oil and combine using pastry cutter or 2 knives. 3. Use in place of bisquick in any recipe. |
