Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) butter softened |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 egg |
2 3/4 cup(s) bisquick baking mix |
1 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Heat oven 375 degrees. In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Stir in Bisquick mix and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart; flatten slightly. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
