This recipe came from the Bisquick cookbook. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick baking mix |
3/4 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup milk |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients with whire whisk until well blended. 2. Pour by spoonfuls onto a hot griddle, greased. 3. Cook until edges are lightly brown. Turn, cook until golden brown. |
