Bisquick Bacon N Cheddar Oven Pancake |

This recipe came from the Bisquick Cookbook. Ingredients:
12 slices bacon |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 cups bisquick baking mix |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Grease jelly roll pan. 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. 2. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly into bottom of pan. 3. Beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk, until well blended. 4. Pour over bacon and cheese, spread batter to edges. 5. Bake 14 to 16 minutes until light golden brown. 6. Cut into 6 pieces, serve immediately. |
