PREP TIME INCLUDES CHILL TIME: This is a cream cheese pie crust that is easy to make and absolutely delicious. From Knudsen Recipes, a 1952 booklet. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, butter and flour. 2. Chill 20 minues. 3. Roll thin and shape in to 9 inch pie pan. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. |
