You can use prune or apricot filling. I am sure you can fill them how you want. Directions are sketchy; guessing on amounts.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons yeast
1/3 cup water, lukewarm
3/4 cup milk, scalded
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
3 3/4 cups flour
Directions:
1. Poof yeast in lukewarm water.
2. Add milk, sugar, salt, egg, oil and flour.
3. Beat well to make a smooth dough; make sure milk is only warm.
4. Let rise until doubled.
5. Cut with doughnut cutter.
6. Fill with prune or apricot filling.
7. Let set a few minutes.
8. Fry in deep fat until nice and brown.
