This is my Aunt Ginny's recipe. I always wondered how she could whip up homemade biscuits so quickly and finally she let me in on her secret. The key is to buy really great quality flour. Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour |
1/4 cup cooking oil |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix together with fingers (will be sticky). 3. Pinch off - roll into balls. 4. Top with oil before cooking. 5. Cook for 10-15 minutes. |
